Eligibility/ Mandatory Documents:

Proof of Date of Birth: Matriculation Certificate or Birth Certificate.
Proof of Essential Qualification: Degree certificate or final year/semester marksheet.
CGPA/OGPA/DGPA Conversion Proof: Official norms from university/institute showing conversion to percentage.
Valid GATE Score Card: GATE-2022/2023/2024/2025 scorecard issued by the authorized body.
SC Certificate (if applicable): Must follow Haryana State Government instruction No. 22/163/2024-5HR-II dated 13.11.2024.
BC-A (NCL)/BC-B (NCL) Certificate (if applicable): As per state government instructions dated 17.11.2021, 22.03.2022, and 16.07.2024; certificate must be issued after 01.04.2025, based on FY 2024-25 income—OBC certificates are not valid.
EWS Certificate (if applicable): Based on FY 2024-25 income, issued after 01.04.2025 and valid for 2025-26.
Other Certificates: Domicile, PwD, Ex-serviceman, and other relevant certificates as specified.
Full-Time Bachelor/Masters of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a University duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General category/ other category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile.
